Warranty:

At BASE Leisure and Safety, we are committed to providing the most durable, comfortable, and stylish safety glasses on the market. However, if any issues arise with your BASE Safety Glasses during use, please inform us, and we will work to resolve the matter promptly.

  • Any product(s) damaged in shipping (when ordered directly from BASE Leisure and Safety) or found to be defective must be returned to BASE Leisure and Safety in the original box or adequately packaged, with freight prepaid. Please provide your order number for reference.

  • To submit a warranty claim, please contact the BASE Leisure and Safety team via email at contact@baseleisureandsafety.com.au, and we will assist you accordingly.

Cancellations:

Due to our commitment to delivering your BASE Safety Glasses promptly, cancellations are only available within 6 hours of placing your order for in-stock merchandise. Back-ordered products may be cancelled at any time before shipment.

Returns:

We take immense pride in our BASE Safety Glasses and are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if you decide to return your purchase for any reason, we offer exchange or refund options. Please note the following return guidelines:

  • Returns for credit or exchange must be requested within 14 days of receiving your shipment by contacting contact@baseleisureandsafety.com.au. We will provide you with a confirmation email containing the return address.

  • The item must be shipped back within 4 days of receiving the confirmation email and must be in its original condition.

  • Please package the item securely and ship it back at your own expense, preferably via registered post with Australia Post.

  • Items returned damaged or after 14 days of the original purchase will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer's expense.

  • Ensure that your name and address are clearly printed on the outside of the package.

  • You will receive email confirmation upon receipt of your returned product.

  • All returns must include all original paperwork and receipt. Damaged or worn products cannot be returned, and shipping costs will not be refunded.
